Solid Korean Desk with Butterfly Brass and Deep Wood Grain

This uniquely vintage, restored solid pine Korean desk features hand tooled Butterfly brass fixtures and beautiful wood grain enhanced by multiple coats of French padded lacquer, creating a water resistant finish for a lifetime. This two-part desk offers a generous writing surface and ample storage for any room. As of 1984, we have collected and restored such pieces for customers who love rare, solid wood, and unique designs for their homes.

The top portion of this chest is outfitted with a drop-down writing surface ( 33.5” Wide x 34” Deep) that opens to reveal a writing space with four organizing drawers. The bottom portion offers a large space divided by a removable shelf. Such a desk works in a bedroom, den, or home office and offers a clever option when space is tight.
