We have over 30 years of experience shipping our merchandise all over the world. We take utmost care in packing. We use proprietary packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to insure safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel. Each order is carefully inspected before we ship it.
Your order is fully insured. The cost of insurance is included in our shipping price.
Our products are shipped from our Oriental furniture Warehouse, 602 West Ave, Norwalk, Connecticut, 06850.
We use UPS, FEDEX , U.S.P. and several freight carriers to ship our items. We also use local moving companies to deliver items to homes on the East Coast.
Shipping cost is determined by size, weight and destination. Your shipping charges will be displayed when you check out. These shipping cost are discounted in the case of a return you will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Overnight, Second Day and International shipping options are available. Please call if you wish to use one of these options.
We ship most orders within 2 days. Shipping transit time will vary depending on location and shipping option. Most orders are received within 2-5 days.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original packaging 14 days after arrival. All returns must be packed w/ original packing materials and packed in the same way. We will credit back the cost of the item. You will not be refunded the actual shipping cost and or the return shipping cost.
In the case of a return with "Free Shipping" or "discounted shipping" you will be charged the actual round trip shipping cost. Proof of accual shipping cost can be provided.
Refunds, It takes time to pack safely, ship well and keep your order details complete. There is a 5% restocking fee for returned merchandise, when a refund is processed. If you decide to keep a "store credit" for returned merchandise, the fee may be waived. Please call, if you'd like to choose this option. Thank you for shopping with us!
PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS IN CASE OF DAMAGE. DAMAGE CLAIMS CANNOT BE MADE WITH OUT ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. Damage Claims must be made 14 Days after arrival. Please contact us .
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at (203-853-7553) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.
If damage is small and a partial claim is made it will be the responsibility of the customer to find a local refinisher.Local refinishers must send a itemized bill with labor and materials noted. We base claims on the itemized bill. All goods are insured for total value or partial claims. Claims will not be accepted if original packing materials are discarded or if inspections can not be made.
We may require photos of any damage prior to processing your order. All claims for damage must be made within 14 days of receipt. All damage claims will need to be repackaged in original packaging in order to fullfill the claim process. Merchandise returned without original packing materials may result in a claims denial.

We need to be notified of your return in order to issue you a R.M.A (return merchandise authorization) number. Please place this RMA number on the return carton.
