Rattan Basket Woven Rectangular Handmade Chinese Rattan and Bamboo

This large oval Chinese antique basket is woven rattan with bamboo framing. A hand-woven beaded pattern makes it a unique basket. It is from southern China and about 40 to 60 years old. We found this Chinese farm basket in the Chinese countryside and had it restored by local artisans. Clean and simple lines in an aged rustic finish make a great storage basket and measure 26"W x 17"D x 6.5" high.
