This sculpture is expertly fired in traditional three-color Sancai with turquoise, cobalt blue, and tan glazing. Elephants symbolize good luck, and this pair features right and left hanging trunks, a rare find. The glossy, cream white elephants are decorated in vivid colors with masterful carving. Engraved key and floral carvings enhance the beauty of these tables. The size is perfect next to a chair as an end table, or used as a sitting stool.
