This Burmese wooden table bowl is red lacquered in Asian cinnabar red. This vintage piece was imported in the 1980s and recently placed on our website for sale. The condition is new, and we have a few; each one is handmade with slightly different sizing. Originally found in Burma (Myanmar), these are made of wood, hand-carved with traditional pegged construction, and finished in a smooth red lacquer for use as a serving bowl. Our collection of these wooden round bowls is limited. They work well as a magazine rack, table bowl, or planter box. The simple design and skilled craftsmanship make it a great addition to any cottage, rustic, or country-style home.
