Our vintage Japanese tansu chest is made of pine wood with hand hammared iron side carrying handles, iron corners that act as armor, and highlights traditional Japanese craft and furniture making.  Light and modular with a simple design, it complements modern aesthetics. making it the perfect accent in any living room or bedroom as an end table or nightstand.  With a simple, modular design and a compact size, this end table or nightstand is ready for today's modern interiors. Made in Japan in the 1950’s of pine wood with styling that you will never tire of. Seven pull out drawers make a useful storage chest and table for any interior use.
