We have over 19 years of experience shipping our merchandise all over the world. We take utmost care in packing. We use proprietary packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to insure safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel. Each order is carefully inspected before we ship it.
Your order is fully insured. The cost of insurance is included in our shipping price.
We use UPS, FEDEX , and several low cost freight carriers to ship our items. We also use local moving companies to deliver items to homes on the East Coast.
Shipping cost is determined by size, weight and destination. Your shipping charges will be displayed when you check out.
Overnight, Second Day and International shipping options are available. Please call if you wish to use one of these options.
We ship most orders within 2 days. Shipping transit time will vary depending on location and shipping option. Most orders are received within 2-5 days.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original packaging 14 days after arrival. All returns must be packed w/ original packing materials and packed in the same way. We will credit back the cost of the item. You will not be refunded the shipping cost and or the return shipping cost.
PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS IN CASE OF DAMAGE. DAMAGE CLAIMS CANNOT BE MADE WITH OUT ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at or email us at info@orientalfurnishings.com to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.
Our in-store policy is to provide a store credit in case of returns.
