This unique Chinese antique box was found in northern China, each one is painted by hand and all refinished inside and out. Some variation will occur, in size and painting. Made of elm wood and fir wood these are about 40-60 years old. What a  interesting gift, and look great when used on a modern coffee table or cabinet.  The size is  app. 13 by 6 1/2 by 5 inches high.
