47" long Chinese antique scroll table from northern china. This playful elm wood table was used in the rural parts of china as a writing table or eating table. ,We found them there and our staff in china restored them using old world techniques. They are approximately 80 years old and measure 47x11x9H.  They look great at the foot of a bed or couch , or in front of a picture window. They are refinished in hand rubbed clear lacquer that is water resistant. Fit for cottage or contemporary setting you will find them pleasing to the eye. You will also marvel at the technique used to bend the solid wood into such a organic form.
