This Chinese hand carved box is from northern, China and is about 50 years-70 old.  We found these Chinese fir wood boxes in the Chinese country side and had them restored by local craftsmen. Carved Longevity symbol on top, painted in Oriental red and dark blackish stain. Some variation will occur, because these are antique. Pamper your shoes, or store your favorite keepsakes.
