This Chinese Antique Trunk was found in northern China near the Mongolian border and restored and refinished there. Made of hard Elm wood and hand painted in a playful Mongolian style.It is about 80-100 years old and measures 31 x 17 x 23 inch high. Fine carved details with playfull painting make this a real treasure. To be used as a bench, coffee table, in front of a bed to store a quilt or two. Looks great in a modern, traditional or cottage style room where ever a accent is needed.
