This oval Chinese antique basket is woven rattan . Hand painted details  and woven pattern make one unique basket. It is from southern China and is about 40 to 60 years old.We found this Chinese basket in the Chinese country side and had it restored by local craftsmen. Clean and simple lines with rustic style elements it measures 20X"12x 15 inch high. Use in a bedroom for toiletries or in the living room as a storage box.
